It just happened. It's been a huge week for us with a new car seat and undies.
We knew that it may take until she was seven, the neurologists at the Mater told us lots of information like that when they finally discharged her form outpatients at 18 months old, but we have arrived at our final gross motor skill hurdle.
Tick toilet training.
But there was no training. She was ready. She did it. No dramas. Easy peasy. Just like that.
I am beyond proud at how far my little girl has come. I think about what could have been and just look at her in all her gorgeous uniqueness and love her more every single second.
Well my teeny tiny babies are no longer. Lily has graduated to a big girl booster seat, which had to be pink in order to have her give Hugo her old seat, and both children are just proud as punch now they are "big".
