tradesmen are still coming and going fixing little things but hopefully after next week we will be done.
lily is happy
we will be when we can stop
we have had adam up here for his 30th birthday and it was great fun
lots of talking and laughing and eating cake.
we miss him
My little cake making helper
she calls adam 'cake' as when we visited him last time he bought her a pink, iced cupcake and it must have been truly divine as she has not forgotten it
and this time we made him a cake...
lily now calls adam 'adsy' and totally loves him to bits and didn't want him to go.
'adsy come' was uttered afew times!
we are still afloat after all the rain and at least we know the house is storm proof.
i will endeavour to take some more pics this week and post them for you to have a squiz.
here are some more of mooi (my nickname for lily since her birth, unsure why or how, pronounced moo-eee) this morning at the 'copter park' [translation; the park with the helicopter ride in it] and the park down the road
and this one bernie took of our too cute bubba who has taken to using the cupboards as cubby houses and we find all sorts of stashed treasures in them and lose other necessities to boxes or little corners, necessities like shoes or glasses, or phones...
and also another momentous occasion:
her FIRST PADDLE POP. (well the end bit of dadda's after demanding a 'taste' and then not giving it back.)
